LUC provides the returns and refunds service.
Within 15 days after receiving your purchase, you can exchange / return the item through the site or at the authorized stores. In this 15-day period, you can select the refund mode you want, if the refund in value (in this case you must tell us your NIB or IBAN) or a coupon that you can use to make purchases in our physical stores or in the online store for 6 months.
Before proceeding with the return, check that:
- The article may not have been used, washed or damaged;
- The article must be in its original packaging and labeled;
- Returns will only be accepted within 15 days after the date of delivery;
- The above conditions must be respected in order for the LUC to be able to evaluate the repayment of the value.
If you choose to make the return online, you must send the Normal Courier along with the form of exchanges and returns duly completed that is available on the website, as follows:
1. Log in to your Account;
2. Access the "My Orders" area
3. Complete the "Exchanges and Returns" form indicating the invoice number and the reason for the return;
4. Once you have filled in all the fields on the form, click on "Send";
5. We will receive your request for exchange and get in touch with you;
6. To finish the process of "Exchange or Return" through the website you must send the product (s) to the following address:

Advice for an efficient return:
- Items must be returned without being used, washed or damaged;
- Use the same packaging in which you received the items to send the return to our facilities;
- Returned items must be accompanied by the duplicate invoice / receipt you received with your order.
In case you choose to return the items in one of our authorized stores or online, after analysis of the part, for 15 days after receiving the order you can select the mode of reimbursement you want, if the refund in value (in this case should indicate the NIB or IBAN) or a coupon that you can use to make purchases in our physical stores or in the online store for 6 months. If the return is made via the Carrier or Post Office, the refund of the value or the issue of the voucher will be processed upon receipt of the returned items and their evaluation by the Quality Department.
If you choose to return in value, after receiving the article and the information of your NIB or IBAN, the transfer will be made for a maximum term of 5 working days from the date of treatment of your return.
These conditions do not prejudice any consumer rights that may arise directly from the law.
